Duties:

  • Implementation of board decisions in matters of recruitment, selection, staffing, HR planning, promotions and deployment.
  • Compensation and regular job evaluation.
  • Job performance entailing development of job descriptions and specifications,performance appraisal,training and development.
  • Incentive structures.
  • Enforcing discipline.
  • Employee relations and welfare issues.
  • Implementation of hr policy, rules regulations and policy, including terms and conditions of service.
  • In charge of payroll system.
